Engr. Md Anwar Hossain worked as a Secretary to the Government of the People‟s Republic of Bangladesh in the Ministry of Science & Technology. Before joining this ministry, he served Bangladesh Government in the Power Division of Ministry of Power, Energy & Mineral Resources as Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, and Deputy Secretary. His contribution was to formally launch the Kibo-ABC program in Bangladesh. Without his direct involvement, this program was not supposed to take place in Bangladesh.

Prof. Koo is one of the founders of iCenter@Tsinghua, a school-in-school experiment at Tsinghua University, Beijing, where he serves as the Director of International Relations of iCenter. He has been working with a group of people here in Indonesia to help set up a series of Digital Literacy programs for senior executives in Indonesia.
